Benefits

NTrust sponsors a benefits program for all eligible employees. In addition to receiving an equitable salary and having an equal opportunity for professional development and advancement, employees are eligible to enjoy other benefits that will enhance their job satisfaction.

NTrust, LLC. provide an excellent benefit package for Regular Full-Time Employees. Listed below is a brief summary of the benefits; reference the Company's "Employee Handbook” for complete details, including limitations. The Company reserves the right to amend these benefits, with or without notice.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO is used for Vacation, Holidays, Sick and personal time off. The Company provides six (6) weeks of paid time off to Full-Time Employees. PTO is accrued over a twelve-month period of time. The PTO accrual rate increases with longevity at the Company.
Personal Days

NTrust allows 2 personal days per year to use at the employees discretion.
Jury, Bereavement, Military

Leaves are provided under individual policies in the “Employee Handbook”
Short Term Disability

INJURY: ‘from the first day of disability, SICKNESS: from the eighth consecutive day of disability.
Long Term Disability

Begins on the 91st day after the onset of a disability. LTD provides approximately 60% of normal salary up to the maximum of $6,000 per month while disabled. A pre-existing clause is associated with this benefit.
Medical/Dental/Vision

NTrust provides comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage for its regular full-time employees and their dependents. NTrust also pays a majority percentage of premium cost for each employee.
Medical Supplement (HRA)

The medical supplement benefit is $1,500 annually per family for “out-of-pocket qualified medical, dental and vision expenses” not covered under the insurance plans. This benefit is available upon completion of three consecutive months of employment.
Life Insurance

Two times an employee's annual salary up to the maximum of $150,000 (until age 65).

Note: Maximum benefit is reduced after age 65. Coverage will be effective 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.

401(K) Plan

Eligible employees may contribute up to 60% of eligible compensation up to the annual IRS dollar limit of $18,500 on a pretax basis through automatic payroll deduction. The Company offers a Safe Harbor Match Plan. Eligible employees will receive 100% match of 1st 3%, 50% of next 2%.
Flex Care Plan

Provides tax deferral of dependent care costs, an employee’s contribution toward medical and dental insurance premiums, and predictable medical and dental out-of-pocket expenses. Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Maximum employee contributions are $2500 a year.
Employee Recruiting Bonus

The Company will pay a bonus to an employee (after 90 days of employment) who actively participates in the hiring process of a professional exempt employee. This benefit is prorated if the new employee is hired for less than full-time employment.
Contract Referral Bonus

The Company will pay a bonus to an employee who actively and successfully brings in a contract. The company usually pays a percentage of the annual revenue received from the contract for the life of the contract up to 10,000.00 per year.
Employee Educational Reimbursement

Upon Company approval, expenses for authorized tuition/books/fees for Continuing Education, Seminars and Training may be reimbursable up to $5,500.00 per year.
Special Bonuses

May be paid to employees for exceptional personal contributions which enhance the growth and professional reputation of the Company.
Laptop

Employees are eligible to receive a laptop after 1 year of service. After 3 years of service the employee may keep the laptop.
